Mr. SUEN is responsible for Business Development, Company’s Operation and Research & Development (Biomedical).
He is experienced in designing, manufacturing, and applying Organ-on-a-chip technology to conduct single-cell analysis for drug screening. He managed multiple innovative projects related to AI in Bioimage Analysis, Genetic Analysis for Breast Cancer Prediction and Neural Network Construction for skin cancer diagnosis.
Mr. SUEN 負責業務拓展、公司營運及研發（生物醫學）工作。他在晶片器官技術的設計、製造和應用方面經驗豐富，擅長利用該技術進行單細胞分析以篩選藥物。他曾主導多個與人工智慧相關的創新項目，包括生物影像分析、乳癌預測的基因分析以及用於皮膚癌診斷的神經網路建構。

Mr. TO is a multidisciplinary innovator with deep experience across Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, and Biomedical Sciences. Driven by curiosity, he advances biotechnology innovation by connecting ideas across diverse fields of knowledge. Being the primary contributor behind Provectus Therapeutics’ various technological innovations including single-cell microfluidic platform and proprietary AI-enabled cellular analysis pipelines, Mr. TO continues to shape the technological direction of Provectus Therapeutics, driving the convergence of artificial intelligence, engineering, and life sciences to advance the next generation of biological research and precision medicine.
杜先生是一位跨領域創新者，在電腦科學、生物醫學工程及生物醫學科學等領域擁有深厚的專業經驗。憑藉強烈的求知精神，他善於融合不同學科的知識與理念，推動生物科技領域的創新發展。
作為 Provectus Therapeutics 多項核心技術創新的主要推動者，杜先生主導了包括專利單細胞微流體平台（single-cell microfluidic platform）及自主研發的人工智慧驅動細胞分析流程（AI-enabled cellular analysis pipelines）等關鍵技術的開發。他將持續引領 Provectus Therapeutics 的技術發展方向，促進人工智慧、工程技術與生命科學的深度融合，推動新一代生物學研究與精準醫療的發展，並開創更多突破性的科學與醫療應用機遇。
